Sierra Nevada Corporation Mission Manager (Deployable) in Shalimar, Florida

As a Mission Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to monitor and oversee deployment requirements including coordination with Host nation representatives and US Military Groups to ensure all required authorization and clearances are in place. As a Mission Manager, you will assist our customers in planning for the optimal use of the technical characteristics and capabilities of the aircraft. Conducts pre-mission planning and coordination in concert with the Mission Sensor Operators (MSOs), Mission Pilots, and in the TOC/JOC.

Responsibilities:
Manage complex operations to develop actionable intelligence against high priority threats to U.S. national security.
Ensure the completion of all appropriate taskings, establishes, and maintains communication with aircrews, and assists with dynamic re-taskings and airspace deconfliction as needed.
Provide Liaison coordination and guidance on asset utilization of US Government Military systems.
Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
Conducts area vulnerability assessments to detect, enhance force protection, and support intelligence requests for future operations on an as-needed basis.
Monitor aircraft flight and mission taskings during all phases of A-ISR flight.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.
Work with Mission Sensor Operators (MSOs) and Pilots to coordinate closely with Customers within an all-source intelligence collection and analysis construct.
Monitors mission data and statistics deployed and provides daily rep
Performs other related duties as assigned.
This is a Deployed rotational position.
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and 10 or more years of relevant experience
A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience, including military training, may be considered in lieu of required education
Operational experience with U.S. Embassy agencies and U.S. Military Groups in the field of Counterdrug (CD), Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT), or Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) surveillance, command and control, and communications operations, long-range surveillance sensors, and security assistance
US Citizenship
Posses strong customer relationship skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of our organization, US and Other Government Agencies and Allied and Partner Nations
Ability to coach/mentor/teach tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) across the entire customer domain
Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment
Willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 90/90 or 90/45 rotation
Advanced experience with CRM/ORM Airmanship.
Advanced communication skills over Military radios.
Experience with the practical application of SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, and Radar Systems.
Have experience writing and managing SITREPs
Ability to travel extensively, mostly overseas.
Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and flexibility.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of our organization, US, and Other Government Agencies, and Allied and Partner Nations
Current Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
Background in ISR planning, missions, and products.
Understanding U.S. Government Military procedures and necessities.
Ability to present in front of an audience.
Understanding of FAA regulations, policies, and procedures (FGOP).
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military Operations.
Previous OCONUS deployment experience in remote locations.
